Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Radian, the platform for deploying and running software agents offered by to be added before launch (“Radian”, “we”). By creating an account or using the platform you accept them. If you accept them for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.

The paid beta

Radian is in a paid beta. It is meant for real workloads, and we operate it with production care, but features, limits and supported framework versions still change. We tell you before changes that affect running workloads. Which frameworks and native features are verified is listed in the documentation.

Accounts and teams

Keep your credentials and tokens safe and tell us promptly about any misuse. Team owners manage members, roles and access. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including actions taken by agents you give tokens to.

Your content and models

Your code, data, prompts, files, sessions and outputs remain yours. You grant us only the rights needed to host, run, back up and export them for you. You choose and contract your model and tool providers yourself; their terms and charges apply to that use. We do not train models on your content.

Acceptable use

Do not use Radian to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights;
• attack, scan or disrupt systems you are not authorised to test, or send spam;
• mine cryptocurrency or resell raw compute;
• circumvent isolation, limits or billing, or access other customers’ data.

We may stop a workload that endangers the platform or others, and tell you why as soon as we can.

Locations

Each project runs in the location you choose, Europe or America. Its builds, computers, state, secrets, logs and backups stay in that location’s pipeline. We move a project only when you ask for a transfer. Details on processing are in the privacy policy and our data processing agreement.

Fees and payment

The paid plan costs €29 per month, credited in full to usage in that month. Unused credit does not roll over. Computers are billed per second while running, by size, at the rates on our pricing page. Stored state beyond 10 GiB and traffic beyond 100 GiB are billed as listed there. Usage beyond the credit is charged at the same rates. Prices exclude VAT. Payment is handled by a disclosed payment provider. You can set a monthly spend limit; new work is refused before it would exceed the limit. We announce price changes at least 30 days ahead.

Leaving and export

You can export your projects at any time and run them with the open-source exit kit, without a Radian account. You can cancel monthly; the plan ends at the end of the billing month. After cancellation your stored state is kept for 30 days so you can export it, then deleted.

Availability and support

We monitor the platform continuously, publish incidents and maintenance, and answer support requests by email. During the beta there is no guaranteed uptime unless we agree it in writing, for example for dedicated capacity.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for personal injury. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage and in total to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event. We are not liable for lost profits, for the actions of agents you deploy, or for content and services from your model and tool providers. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We tell you at least 30 days before material changes take effect. If you disagree, you can cancel before then.

Law and jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For businesses, the competent court at our registered seat has exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law and courts of their country of residence.
