Privacy policy

Last updated 1 November 2026

This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit radian.sh, request access to the beta or contact us, and how the platform handles data once you use it. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).

Who is responsible

The controller is to be added before launch, to be added before launch, to be added before launch, Austria. Email: hello@withradian.com. Full details are in the Impressum.

What this website does not do

radian.sh sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising tags, and does not track you across sites. Fonts are served from our own domain, so your browser does not contact a font provider. The space animation runs entirely in your browser.

Visiting the website

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. To deliver pages and protect against abuse, Vercel processes technical request data: IP address, date and time, requested address, referrer, browser and operating system. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel acts as our processor. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Vercel is certified, and on standard contractual clauses. Request logs are kept for a short period set by the hosting provider and are not used to build profiles.

This marketing website is separate from the Radian platform. Projects you run in the European location do not use this hosting.

Requesting beta access

When you use the form on /start or an agent calls our access API for you, we process your email address, project name, chosen location, framework and any notes you add. We use them to answer your request, open your project and send your invite. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We send these emails through Resend (Resend Inc., USA) using its European sending region in Ireland. Resend acts as our processor under a data processing agreement with standard contractual clauses. We keep access requests for up to 12 months after our last contact, or for as long as you have an account.

Emailing us

If you write to us, we process your message and contact details to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and keep the correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and any statutory retention period.

Using the platform

When you deploy workloads, Radian processes your code, files, prompts, sessions, secrets and logs on your behalf, as your processor under our data processing agreement. Each project runs in the location you choose. In Europe, builds, registries, computers, workspaces, native state, secrets, logs and backups stay on European-owned, European-operated infrastructure. Sign-in and payment providers are disclosed separately and never receive workload data. The model providers your agents call are your choice and your relationship.

For your account itself (name, email, team membership, billing records and usage), we are the controller, on the basis of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and statutory accounting duties (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, § 132 BAO: seven years for billing records).

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Write to hello@withradian.com; we answer within one month.

You can also complain to the Austrian data protection authority: Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Wien, dsb.gv.at, or to the authority where you live or work.
